It proactively monitors, reports and analyzes expenses generated by varied activities including Voice, Data, Text and International Roaming usage, device inactivity, off-hour usage, large data transfers, and non-optimal carrier plans. These activities are compared against customized existing plans and proactively alert our Support Team to projected cost overages and for users approaching custom limit thresholds. Through these triggered email alerts, we can make changes urgently to mitigate the issue as quickly as possible and provide cost avoidance before the bill cycles.
