For over 35 years Randall has brought a driven
passion for mobile technology and creative solutions
to customers to solve their most pressing wireless
challenges.
Randall began in the industry in 1985 with Motorola C&E, then in 1987 he helped ALLTEL Mobile build their Carolina’s market as General Manager.
Additionally he led the Southern Region as market
area Vice President and General Manager until 2002
for TeleCorp PCS and AT&T Wireless. During his
carrier tenure Randall was responsible for driving all
facets of the carrier operations including Network,
Customer Care, all Sales disciplines, HR, Finance ,
Engineering, and Marketing.
Randall has been engaged in the mobility technology evolution from the very first generation of wireless service delivery through the emerging stages of 5G. His extensive experience across all segments of the industry plays a major role in assisting the customers of OVATION Wireless Management realize a maximum return on their wireless investment. OVATION was named company of the year by the Lake Norman Regional Economic Council and Randall is very active in his local community, holding a Board position for Children’s Community School of Davidson. For many years he served on the Board for the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce as well. Randall holds a Bachelor of Science in Business, Marketing and Economics from East Tennessee State University.
